About the Role

The Senior Executive – Account Management will be responsible for implementing and supervising digital media activities for assigned brands. The role involves managing day-to-day client servicing, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective execution of digital campaigns.

As a representative of the organization, the role holder will contribute to overall brand management by conceptualizing and executing digital strategies that deliver value to clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute engaging digital content and campaign strategies across relevant platforms
  • Manage and supervise the social and digital presence of assigned brands
  • Handle online response management and maintain brand-owned digital properties
  • Engage hands-on across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, forums, websites, and mobile apps
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, tech, ORM, SEO) to execute campaigns
  • Assist in strategy formulation by providing creative input and insights from consumer engagement
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for campaigns
  • Plan monthly and quarterly campaign calendars
  • Stay updated with changes in platform features and digital trends
  • Manage partner websites and third-party platforms
  • Guide and support Digital Media Executives
  • Act as first-level point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate with influencers, vendors, and partner agencies
  • Attend on-ground events and workshops when required
  • Conduct regular research on digital trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Media, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field
  • Certification in Digital Marketing / SEO / SEM / E-commerce is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in a digital, social, advertising, or media agency

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of content marketing principles
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with media workflows and online tools
