Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Leader (Meta + Google) | Mumbai
As a Founder of Wildglow Cosmetics, I am looking to hire a serious Performance Marketing Leader who understands profitable scaling not just campaign execution.
We’re scaling aggressively and preparing to deploy ₹2 Cr+ per month across Meta & Google.
Target: 4X+ blended ROAS with strong contribution margins.
This is not a campaign manager role.
This is a revenue ownership role.
I’m looking for someone who:
• Has 6–9 years of hands-on performance experience
• Has managed ₹50 Lakh+ monthly budgets
• Understands CAC, MER, LTV & contribution margin
• Knows Meta scaling frameworks & Google PMax deeply
• Has scaled a D2C brand profitably

11 AM – 8 PM | Monday–Saturday
