Role Purpose:
Support the Procurement team in PO processing, invoice coordination, MIS reporting, and basic procurement analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP and track approvals.
- Assist in invoice verification, matching, and coordination with Finance.
- Maintain procurement trackers and MIS reports (PR/PO status, invoice status, vendor data).
- Support basic procurement analytics—spend data consolidation, vendor comparison, category reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for documentation, follow‑ups, and issue resolution.
Skills & Requirements
- Pursuing or completed MBA / Supply Chain / Engineering or similar.
- Good MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred).
- Strong communication, follow‑up skills, and attention to detail.
