Role Description
This internship role as a Recruiting Intern is an on-site position located in Gurgaon. The responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, supporting interviews, facilitating hiring processes, and contributing to training initiatives. The candidate will work in collaboration with the Hiring manager to attract and engage top talent for our clients.

- Strong Communication skills for effective candidate interaction

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
