Biorev is a fast-growing organization supporting US-based clients across multiple domains. We are expanding our hiring team and looking for experienced IT and Non-IT Recruiters to drive end-to-end recruitment in a remote setup.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and cold outreach to screening, interview coordination, offer follow-ups, and closure. The role requires strong sourcing skills, bulk screening capability, and structured hiring process management.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn (Recruiter & organic search), Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals
  • Post and manage LinkedIn & Indeed job advertisements
  • Conduct proactive headhunting and competitor mapping
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles

Cold Calling & Outreach

  • Perform cold calls and personalized outreach to passive candidates
  • Engage and qualify candidates through structured screening conversations
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and response tracking

Screening & Evaluation

  • Conduct HR screening interviews (skills, communication, attitude fit)
  • Evaluate resumes through bulk data screening and shortlisting
  • Assess technical fit for IT roles and functional alignment for Non-IT roles
  • Share structured evaluation feedback with hiring managers

Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with panels
  • Maintain clear communication between candidates and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely follow-ups

Data & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate trackers and recruitment dashboards
  • Use Google Forms for screening workflows
  • Leverage ChatGPT and AI tools for JD drafting, sourcing strategy, and screening optimization
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance

End-to-End Ownership

  • Manage onboarding coordination and pre-joining follow-ups
  • Reduce drop-offs and ensure onboarding closure
  • Track KPIs such as TAT, closures, sourcing efficiency, and offer-to-join ratio

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of IT and/or Non-IT recruitment experience
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and job postings
  • Hands-on experience with Indeed and other portals
  • Comfortable with cold calling and bulk screening
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and ATS tools
  • AI-driven approach to recruitment and productivity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Target-oriented and process-driven mindset
