We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruitment across functions. This role demands a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, employer branding and stakeholder management to meet the hiring needs of a fast-paced and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across verticals (Tech, Non-Tech, Retail, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling JDs, and finalise hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, IIMJobs, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and vendor partners.
• Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and coordinate with hiring panels.
• Drive structured interview processes to ensure quality and unbiased hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate communication, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Act as a talent advisor to business leaders with market insights and hiring intelligence.
• Engage with external recruitment agencies and monitor their performance against agreed SLAs. • Ensure timely and transparent communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Reporting & ATS Management
• Maintain recruitment dashboards with real-time data on pipeline, TAT, source mix, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment trackers.

Branding & Talent Pipelining
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche and high-priority roles.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and campus engagement.
Key Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 3-6 years of proven experience in core recruitment/talent acquisition
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across domains
• Strong knowledge of ATS, recruitment tools, and Boolean sourcing
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic mindset with an eye for talent and quality of hire
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to volume and niche hiring across functions
• Understanding of compensation benchmarking and offer structuring
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance related to hiring
• Prior experience in Retail / E-commerce / Manufacturing / Technology domains
