About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source profiles through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Strong sourcing skills.
  • Good communication.
  • Ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with diverse roles and functions.

Pay range and compensation package: Up to INR 7 LPA
