This role is part of our inhouse Compensation & benefits team

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft, update, and maintain benefits statutory and non-statutory policies across geographies.
  • Monitor and interpret labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits-related legislation to ensure policies remain compliant.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, market trends, and cost analysis.
  • Work closely with HR, payroll, legal, and external vendors to implement and communicate policy changes.
  • Prepare policy documents, guidelines, and FAQs.
  • Use benefits utilization data to inform policy decisions and improve employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and policy-writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration tools is a plus.
