Stipend : 10k-12k

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People team across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and operations. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles

Support onboarding and documentation for new hires

Maintain and update HR databases, records, and trackers

Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives

Assist in drafting HR communication, policies, and memos

Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and basic compliance

Shadow and support HRBPs in daily people operations

Prior internship experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory
