About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated student intern for a Human Resources role. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a self-driven, people-oriented student with a passion for talent management and organizational development to support our team building efforts. You will manage the entire human resources function (other than payroll and labour compliances) with over 200+ employees.
About the Internship:
As a Human Resources Intern, you will work on developing recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and intern engagement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple mini-projects across various HR domains. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to startup HR functions in a FinTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the internship, you will work through a structured set of assignments designed to enhance your understanding of human resources principles and practices. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Support
- Manage with intern recruitment campaigns
- Develop job description templates
- Create candidate screening processes and screen the applicants
- Support interview scheduling and coordination
- Prepare Offer Letters and manage database of interns
- Prepare certificates required by the interns.
Onboarding Process Development
- Design intern onboarding workflows
- Create orientation materials and presentations
- Develop training schedules and resources
- Build intern feedback collection mechanisms
Intern Engagement
- Create engagement activities and initiatives
- Develop communication channels for interns
- Design performance recognition programs
- Build mentorship and development frameworks
HR Documentation
- Develop HR policy documentation
- Create intern handbook and guides
- Design performance evaluation templates
- Build HR process documentation
Capstone Project
- Complete an end-to-end HR project including: Recruitment strategy, Onboarding process, Engagement program, and Performance evaluation framework
