Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Court Development Specialist. As part of this position, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships with various stakeholders within the pickleball community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and partner with pickleball venues across Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida, 
• Build deep relationships with venue owners, coaches, and local sports leaders,
• Become physically present on courts daily — we win on ground not from behind a desk,
