We’re Hiring: Junior Recruiter (Domestic | Non-IT | Remote)

Closr is expanding.

We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to work on domestic, non-IT hiring mandates across industries.

This is not a passive job.

If you’re looking for something “comfortable”, this isn’t it.

This role is for someone who:

  • Knows how to use LinkedIn Recruiter confidently
  • Can source proactively (not wait for applicants)
  • Can juggle multiple roles at the same time
  • Is organised and updates trackers in real time
  • Is comfortable working remotely
  • Understands speed + quality both matter

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing candidates across domestic non-IT roles
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Screening candidates and qualifying properly
  • Managing multiple mandates simultaneously
  • Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
  • Maintaining clean trackers and ATS updates
  • Supporting closures aggressively

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 year–3 years of recruitment experience (domestic hiring preferred)
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills (must-have)
  • Good spoken English and confident phone manner
  • Ability to hustle and work with urgency
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote setup
  • Ownership mindset

What This Role Is NOT:

  • Not a resume forwarding job
  • Not fixed-hour, low-output work
  • Not a large corporate with layers

We are a small, high-accountability team.
