We’re Hiring: Junior Recruiter (Domestic | Non-IT | Remote)
Closr is expanding.
We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to work on domestic, non-IT hiring mandates across industries.
This is not a passive job.
If you’re looking for something “comfortable”, this isn’t it.
This role is for someone who:
- Knows how to use LinkedIn Recruiter confidently
- Can source proactively (not wait for applicants)
- Can juggle multiple roles at the same time
- Is organised and updates trackers in real time
- Is comfortable working remotely
- Understands speed + quality both matter
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing candidates across domestic non-IT roles
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Screening candidates and qualifying properly
- Managing multiple mandates simultaneously
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining clean trackers and ATS updates
- Supporting closures aggressively
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year–3 years of recruitment experience (domestic hiring preferred)
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills (must-have)
- Good spoken English and confident phone manner
- Ability to hustle and work with urgency
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote setup
- Ownership mindset
What This Role Is NOT:
- Not a resume forwarding job
- Not fixed-hour, low-output work
- Not a large corporate with layers
We are a small, high-accountability team.
