Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware and software, as well as Microsoft Outlook configuration.

• Troubleshoot complex desktop/laptop issues (hardware & software)
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook email clients
• Analyze and resolve printer, scanner, peripheral support-related problems
• Demonstrate working knowledge of network fundamentals for advanced troubleshooting purposes
