We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Executive to lead our people operations in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

• This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional who can drive end-to-end HR strategies and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include leading recruitment for IT & non-IT roles with a data-driven approach, designing and implementing HR policies (including POSH compliance), championing employee engagement initiatives, ensuring 100% compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.

• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in US IT staffing companies managing Indian operations, expert-level English communication skills (written & verbal), strong recruitment background across IT and non-IT domains.
