Teaching Psychology
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lessons in accordance with the designed program, corporate strategy and guidelines. They should utilize worksheets, materials, teaching aids and methods that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in a meaningful learning experience.
Key responsibilities include preparing each lesson plan by reading plans and attending curriculum-related workshops. The teacher must also teach as per instructions given in the lesson plan and make use of various teaching aids, resources, activities and assignments listed in the lesson plan.
Student Administration
- Inculcate discipline within and outside the classroom environment.
- Align teaching to meet the needs of all students with consideration for their interests, handicaps, special talents, individual styles and pace of learning.
