Our company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Employee Benefits placements and ensuring timely policy issuance.

• Prepare comparison sheets and placement summaries for clients.The job holder must also maintain strong relationships with insurers underwriters and internal stakeholders track market trends insurer appetite pricing and product enhancements in EB insurance ensure timely policy issuance documentation compliance with regulatory requirements assist in large corporate bids RFQs and new client onboarding support claims operations teams when required carry out MIS performance tracking amongst other duties so as not overload any individual at our workplace.support operations teams….
