Job Description:
Position: Senior Sales Engineer
Location: Gujarat
Experience: 5-7 years
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development activities for assigned customers and projects
- Work closely with contractors and EPC companies for project-based sales
- Coordinate with consultants for technical discussions, make approvals, and specifications
- Handle enquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, and follow up for closures
- Support tendering activities, negotiations, and order finalisation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, EPCs, and channel partners
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution support
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication
Skills:
- Good understanding of sales and business development in the electrical industry
- Exposure to Lightning Protection, Surge Protection, and Earthing Systems will be preferred
- Ability to handle EPCs, consultants, and end customers
- Strong communication skills – written and spoken
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales or project sales within the electrical industry
- Experience in handling projects, institutional customers, or EPC-driven businesses will be an advantage

- English
- Hindi or Regional Language
