Power Platform + Copilot Developer Remote Contract
1. Copilot Studio Configuration & Maintenance Ability to quickly create, modify, and repair Copilot agents, including manual configuration of instructions, enabling Generative AI, and adjusting fields when autofill misses details. Must understand when to use Lite vs. Pro agents and what changes can be handled independently.
2. Troubleshooting Common Copilot Failures Capable of immediately diagnosing issues such as: Agents losing context due to overloaded instructions, requiring use of topics. Agents reusing deleted instructions due to known platform bugs. Knowledge-source or connector failures during execution.
3. Topic, Logic Flow, and Variable Management Proficient in building and updating topics, triggers, conditions, and variables to ensure stable logic paths and reliable agent behavior.
4. Integration & Connector Validation Ability to validate and troubleshoot external system connections (Teams, GitHub, SharePoint, ServiceNow) and resolve formatting or permission related issues highlighted in agent demo and troubleshooting sessions.
5. ServiceNow Operation & Access Management Comfortable logging in, navigating, and executing privileged access workflows in ServiceNow, including submitting, modifying, or managing access requests through Make a Request Security Privileged Access Request and tracking approval steps. Understands ServiceNow record types and identifiers used in automation (INC, CHG, CATTSK)….
