Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Kolar. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales performance, identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.
Job Profile:
Appointment of new dealers and distributors (primary responsibility)
Expanding and strengthening GT (General Trade) market
Handling existing trader and distributor network
Achieving monthly sales targets
Regular market visits and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in edible oil sales
Strong experience in dealer/distributor appointment
Good knowledge of GT market
Graduate (mandatory)
Good communication and negotiation skills
