Key Responsibilities

Ideation and Conceptualization: Drive the creative process for developing innovative

branded content and brand solutions that align with client objectives and market trends. Global Client Focus: Serve as the primary ideation spoc for Dubai-based clients (CT and

Mash briefs), understanding their unique market nuances and business needs. Strategic Problem Solving: Translate complex client briefs into compelling and effective

brand solutions decks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and other teams

to ensure seamless execution of conceptualized solutions. Market Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in branded content, digital

marketing, and consumer behavior to inform and elevate ideation. Presentation and Pitching: Develop and deliver persuasive concepts. Support India Sales (as needed): Provide ideation and conceptualization support for

India Sales based on business requirements.

Key Requirements

Experience: 5-9years of dedicated experience in ideation and conceptualization within

branded content or brand solutions. Global Client Exposure: Proven track record of working with and understanding the

needs of global clients. Creative Acumen: Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and effective branded

content ideas and executed campaigns. Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect creative concepts with business objectives and

market realities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the

ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced

environment.

Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to evolving client needs and market dynamics.
