Sennovate is a US-based cybersecurity company operating across San Ramon, California and Coimbatore, India. We’re hiring an Executive Assistant who works directly with the CEO – professionally and personally.

This is an ownership role. You make sure things get done. Full stop.

Availability Must be reachable until 1:00 PM PST / 2:30 AM IST daily.

What You Own

• CEO’s calendar, inbox, and communications – PST and IST
• Travel coordination – US and India, end to end
• Meeting briefs, agendas, and action tracking
• Bridge between US leadership and India team
• Personal logistics, family coordination, and errands
• Every open commitment – tracked until done

You Are Right For This If:

• You have a strong personality – you hold your ground, you follow through, you don’t fold under pressure
• You think ahead – proactively anticipating what’s needed before being asked
• You communicate with clarity and confidence – in writing, in conversation, in any room
• You are naturally influential – people listen to you, trust you, and act on what you say
• English is professional – written and spoken
• Tamil and Hindi – conversational
• Based in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Salem – mandatory
• 5-8 years supporting a C-level executive
• Open to travel – with CEO or on his behalf
• Available until 2:30 AM IST without exception
• Discreet, self-managed, and accountable
