Job Description:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role is critical in driving employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, training coordination & compliance, while supporting the Administration, Facility, and Operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Drive workforce planning, learning & development, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with managers to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement) to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
  • Addressing employee grievances
  • Handling POSH related cases

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Should be flexible to work in Night Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST)
  • Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
