Position Overview: The Manager of Administration and Student Affairs will oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative and student services functions within GIM. This position plays a pivotal role in creating a supportive and efficient environment for students, faculty, and staff. The Manager will ensure smooth operations in student engagement, student well-being, and other administrative tasks related to academic and co-curricular programs

Administration and Operations Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, office management, and document processing.
- Manage student records, academic transcripts, and enrollment databases in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure students have access to all necessary administrative services (e.g., ID cards, accommodation requests, library access).
- Coordinate administrative support for faculty, staff, and academic programs.
- Maintain proper management of student-related data in student management systems.
Student Affairs and Services
- Act as a point of contact for students, responding to academic and non-academic inquiries.
- Provide support and guidance to students on program requirements, academic concerns, and extracurricular activities.
- Organize and lead new student orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions into the academic environment.
- Coordinate student engagement initiatives such as clubs, events, and leadership programs.
- Resolve student grievances and provide solutions to academic or personal concerns.
Event and Program Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and execute student-focused events, such as career fairs, networking events, and academic workshops.
- Collaborate with faculty and external partners to organize conferences, lectures, and professional development initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and social events that enhance the student experience.
Communication and Reporting
- Prepare and distribute internal communications related to student affairs, events, academic deadlines, and policy changes.
- Track and report on student engagement and satisfaction, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain and update student handbooks, newsletters, and other key student resources.
Policy Development and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and legal requirements related to student affairs.
- Support the development, review, and updating of the student code of conduct, academic policies, and procedural documentation.
