Job Summary: We’re looking for someone who understands that inbound is not just answering calls – it’s about driving revenue while protecting SLA and CX. You will own inbound sales performance end-to-end: conversion, queue management, capacity planning, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive inbound revenue targets (callbacks + fresh inbound)
Improve inbound CVR and revenue per call
Maintain SLA metrics (AWT, abandonment %, answer rate)
Design inbound call flows and optimise AHT
Plan headcount using call arrival rate, AHT & occupancy
Analyse performance and run weekly reviews with TLs
Qualifications and Skills:
2-3 years experience in managing Inbound Sales / ops.
Experience handling or scaling 1000+ inbound calls/day
Strong understanding of SLA metrics & queue logic
Experience with CRM tools (Sprinklr / Salesforce or similar)
Data-driven mindset with revenue ownership exposure
