Career Development Manager

Role Overview

This is a zero-to-one leadership role to build and own the Career Prep vertical from the ground up. You will define how Tetr prepares students for internships, jobs, entrepreneurship, and global careers — designing the playbook, building industry partnerships, and ensuring strong career outcomes.

You will operate at the intersection of students, companies, mentors, and global markets — part operator, part relationship builder, part career coach.

What You’ll Own

• Design the end-to-end career preparation framework across geographies, with clear outcome metrics (internships, placements, live projects, entrepreneurship).
• Build and manage corporate partnerships for internships, projects, immersions, and full-time roles.
• Run high-impact career programming (resume building, LinkedIn presence, interviews, case prep, career clarity).
• Build a global mentor network and structured mentorship experiences.
• Create networking platforms, speaker series, and industry immersions aligned with academic outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years in career services, placements, partnerships, or talent programs.
• Strong industry network across consulting, tech, finance, or startups.
• Proven ability to build from zero to one and execute end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young people build meaningful careers.
