Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Finance Analyst with 3-6 years of experience to support the
Business and Finance functions of a rapidly growing B2B student mobility platform. The
role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and collaboration with finance, business,
partnerships, operations, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and manage revenue reconciliation across internal systems, partners, agencies, and
international payment platforms.
– Validate partner revenue, commissions, incentives, and payouts as per commercial
agreements.
– Identify and resolve discrepancies in B2B settlements, cashback programs, and payment
flows.
– Analyze large datasets to derive insights on partner performance and revenue trends.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support new
initiatives.
– Prepare financial recommendations (recos) to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal
controls.
– Support cross-border payment validations, including FX checks, settlements, and
exceptions.
– Prepare periodic financial or business reports (SQL/Power BI/Tableau optional).
Requirements
– MBA (Finance) with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
– Experience in business finance, revenue operations, payments, or analytics
(B2B/SaaS/fintech/mobility preferred).
– Strong understanding of reconciliation and partner commission structures.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
– Proficiency in Excel; SQL/Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
