Project Engineer

Mahindra Holidays is looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Ratnagiri. This role will focus on interior and exterior projects, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery across our resort developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee interior and exterior project execution from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and resolve on-site challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project execution (hospitality/real estate preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior works, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
