We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager / QA Delivery Manager with in-depth expertise in Test Management, QA Delivery, and Automation to lead end-to-end quality assurance initiatives across digital banking platforms.

• Lead test management & delivery for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, estimation, scheduling, and governance.

About the Role:

This role requires hands-on testing leadership skills along with strong stakeholder communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Agile/SAFe/Hybrid models within large-scale banking transformation projects.

About You:

• You hold 10-15 years of overall QA experience with solid ownership of test management & delivery processes
• Around 5+ years’ extensive background in internet banking/mobile banking platforms
