Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage role-based permissions across various modules.
• Create and manage dynamic permission groups to provide granular access control.
• Troubleshoot user access issues, workflow errors, and target population mismatches in the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth quarterly release testing and post-release fixes are implemented efficiently.

• Detailed knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration options for role management within its Learning Management System (LMS) module is necessary to be successful as a Security Consultant.
• Familiarity with Employee Central Onboarding processes for managing global personnel records including creating plans that include workflows designed around business needs.
The ability to troubleshoot RBP configurations during employee transactions could also be required.
