Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-orientedUI/UX Designerwith a minimum of2+ years of professional experiencedesigning user-centric and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive designs, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that enhance usability and engagement across web and mobile platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product and development teams to understand user needs and business goals.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.Design visually appealing and intuitive UI components, including navigation, menus, icons, and interaction elements.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and improve design decisions.Maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI documentation for consistency.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics insights.Ensure design solutions meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles.Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree inDesign, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field .Minimum2+ years of experiencein UI/UX design for digital products.Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design and UX best practices.Skilled in design and prototyping tools, includingFigma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator .Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability methodologies.Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.Preferred SkillsExperience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.Familiarity with usability testing tools and methods.Understanding of design systems and component libraries.What We OfferExposure to cutting-edge technologies and challenging design projects.Collaborative and innovative work culture.Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Preference will be given to candidates based in Coimbatore.Interested candidates can contact us at +91-7397756999.Drop your resume at…
