GeneralSummary:
Develops, defines,and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets,resources, deliverables, and risks. • Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Computer Science, or related field.• 4+years of Program Management or related workexperience.

Experience:A minimum of 10 years in SOC Design Verification and projectmanagement.
Responsibilities:
Trackmultiple SOC DV project milestones, risks, and mitigationstrategies.
Monitorweekly progress towardsmilestones.
Develop,define, and execute plans of record, including schedules, budgets,resources, deliverables, andrisks.
Interfacewith internal and external stakeholders across functions ontechnical matters asneeded.
Monitorbudget/spending, ensure on-time delivery, and achieve programmilestones.
Representthe program and drive alignment acrossstakeholders.

PrincipalDuties:
Supportthe establishment of program goals and track program milestoneswith theteam.
Manageand take responsibility for multiple aspects of smallprograms/technology with minimal complexity by applying up-to-dateprogram management knowledge to meetdeadlines.
Buildand manage the execution of the Plan of Record (e.g., on time, onbudget, within scope) for small and minimally complex programs orunder the direction ofothers.
Trackall key metrics pertaining to a small program and escalate whenmetrics deviate significantly from the Plan ofRecord.
Supportthe management and mitigation of identified program risks byfollowing the risk and mitigation plans. Maintain and update therisktracker.
Supportteam objectives by completing all assigned tasks in a timelymanner.
Ensurecompliance with processes by following best practices andprocedures.
