Role Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of field staff across Delhi. The role requires hands-on experience in bulk hiring, strong coordination skills and the ability to manage workforce requirements in a fast-paced operational environment.

Additionally, the role will support employee engagement initiatives at the Delhi corporate office to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring (Field Staff)

  • Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for field roles (technicians, operators, etc)
  • Source candidates through job portals, field drives, local vendors, and referral networks.
  • Conduct walk-in drives and coordinate field recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates efficiently to meet hiring targets.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with operation teams for seamless deployment of new hires

HR Operations & Field Coordination

  • Act as the HR point of contact for field employees and support basic HR queries.
  • Ensure smooth communication between field staff and management.
  • Execute employee engagement activities/initiatives at the Delhi corporate office.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding and HR documentation processes.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in logistics, EV, mobility, or operations-driven companies.
  • Familiarity with Delhi job market and local hiring channels.
