Job Description:Opportunity to lead and scale business for a region Employee centric work culture Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Understand client needs and provide customized insurance solutions suitable for various client segments. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and insurance program structures. Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and coverage. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations. Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. 10+ years of experience in commercial lines of Insurance (Broking or Direct Sales Team of Insurance Companies). Strong understanding of commercial insurance products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. MBA from top tier institutes would be preferred.
