Position: Zoho Project Manager
Summary:
The Zoho Project Manager will lead and oversee end-to-end Zoho implementation projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations, while coordinating technical, functional, and client teams.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor Zoho implementation projects
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate between sales, technical, and client teams
Analyze business processes and map requirements to Zoho solutions
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure quality assurance, testing, and validation of solutions
Conduct regular client meetings and status reporting
Manage project budgets and resource allocation
Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations
Mentor and guide implementation team members

Candidates with SaaS, CRM, or ERP project management experience

Requirements
Proven experience managing Zoho implementation or SaaS projects
Strong understanding of business processes and workflows

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Zoho certification (preferred)
