Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who can turn ideas into high-performing visuals. This is not just a “make it look good” role — you will directly impact brand perception, lead generation, and conversion.
Requirements
Must Have Skills
- Experience range: 1 to 3 years
- Strong Webflow development experience (end-to-end site building)
- AI tool familiarity (Midjourney, Figma AI tools, etc.)
- Landing page design with conversion focus
- Experience designing performance ads (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
- Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy fundamentals
- Ability to convert rough wireframes into polished designs
- Good understanding of marketing funnels
Good to Have Skills
- Basic understanding of CRO principles
- Experience working with B2B SaaS brands
- Motion design basics for short ad creatives
- Understanding of Webflow CMS & dynamic pages
What you will own:
- Design high-converting creatives for:
- Social media (organic + paid)
- Performance marketing campaigns
- Landing pages & website assets
- Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across touchpoints
- Translate marketing briefs into visually engaging concepts
- Collaborate with content and growth teams to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions
- Create quick-turnaround creatives in a fast-paced environment
- Support event branding, offline collaterals, and employer branding initiatives
