As a AI Engineer III you will:
Design and implement autonomous multi-agent systems for business problems. Define the roadmap for agentic AI adoption, experimentation, and scaling across the organization I am a partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to embed agentic capabilities into enterprise platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Data Science, DevOps, Product, and Client Delivery—to ensure seamless deployment. Ensure responsible AI practices, including transparency, bias mitigation, and compliance Guide junior engineers and advocate for agentic AI across leadership forums and client engagements Optimize and fine-tune NLP models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency. What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent work Minimum 6 + years of experience in AI architecture, with recent focus on LLMs and autonomous systems. Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Autogen, or custom agent orchestration stacks Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
