About the Job:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Associate to support core billing and financial processes of North America Insurance Operation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking to build a career in finance operations, with exposure to payment processing, reconciliation, delinquency management, disbursements, and reinsurance activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer billing and ensure timely and accurate payment application.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor and manage delinquent accounts, supporting follow-up and escalation procedures.
- Assist in disbursement activities including vendor payments and internal transfers.
- Support reinsurance accounting processes and documentation.
- Maintain financial records and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Adhere to internal controls, compliance standards, and service-level expectations.
Desired Skills:
- Basic understanding of finance operations, billing workflows, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP or financial systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline is required.
