About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing and recruiting expertise for IT roles supporting SOW (Statement of Work) engagements. This role requires a recruiter who understands technology concepts, not someone who simply searches resumes based on keywords.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based clients and a solid understanding of W2 and C2C hiring models, compliance basics, and competitive rate negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles under SOW engagements
  • Source high-quality candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Understand technical requirements deeply and screen candidates beyond keyword matching
  • Evaluate candidates on technical knowledge, project experience, and communication skills
  • Work on roles across technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA Automation, Full Stack, ERP, etc.
  • Negotiate competitive pay rates while maintaining profitability
  • Manage W2 and C2C hiring processes including documentation and basic compliance checks
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring SOW projects
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer discussions with speed and precision

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of SOW-based engagements and project hiring models
  • Experience working with W2 and C2C models
  • Ability to read and understand technical job descriptions in depth
  • Strong knowledge of US staffing basics (tax terms, work authorization, visa types, etc.)
  • Proven experience sourcing niche IT skillsets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive timelines
