About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and high-performance Talent Acquisition Lead who can independently manage hiring across all levels — from operational roles to senior leadership positions. This is not a coordination role. We require someone who can actively source, map industries, headhunt strong candidates on LinkedIn, and close critical positions efficiently. The role works directly with promoter leadership and department heads.
Responsibilities
Strategic Hiring Across Levels
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Operations, Procurement, ERP, Finance, Sales, Production, and Leadership roles
- Handle both volume hiring and niche senior positions
- Drive faster closure of key business-critical roles
Industry Mapping and Headhunting
- Conduct structured competitor and industry talent mapping
- Actively source and approach passive candidates through LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a strong long-term talent pipeline
Screening and Closure
- Conduct structured first-round interviews
- Assess both technical and cultural fit
- Maintain strong follow-up and offer closure discipline
- Improve offer-to-joining ratios
Recruitment Reporting and Process Discipline
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Maintain structured recruitment dashboards
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of recruitment experience
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting capability
- Experience hiring in retail, FMCG, food manufacturing, or multi-location businesses preferred
- Experience closing mid-to-senior level roles
- Ability to work closely with business leadership
