Role Overview –
We are looking for an experienced campus hiring professional who has worked closely with engineering colleges and universities to drive on-campus placements and internship programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong corporate connects, hands-on experience in end-to-end campus hiring, and the ability to bring companies to campus for fresher and graduate hiring initiatives.
The role will focus on building, managing, and scaling structured campus hiring programs while ensuring strong placement outcomes for students during their academic tenure.
Key Responsibilities –
End-to-End Campus Hiring Execution: Own the complete placement lifecycle – from lead generation to deal closure and offer rollout.
Corporate Connect & Employer Acquisition: Bring IT services firms, product companies, startups, staffing firms, and hiring partners to campus.
Company Onboarding: Onboard and manage companies for campus placements, internships, and graduate hiring programs.
Industry Engagement: Conduct consultative discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and align campus talent accordingly.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR teams, Talent Acquisition leaders, and hiring managers.
Recruitment Coordination: Drive JD circulation, student shortlisting, interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and offer management.
Campus Placement Strategy: Design structured hiring calendars and fresher hiring programs across tech and non-tech domains.
Experience: 5+ years in one or more of the following:
· Placement Officer / TPO in Engineering or MBA Colleges
· Employer acquisition for campus hiring
· Staffing firms / IT Services / EdTech / Large-scale fresher hiring programs
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in bringing companies to campus and driving placement numbers
• Industry Exposure: Strong exposure to IT hiring, fresher recruitment, and graduate hiring programs
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage corporates, academic leadership, students, and internal teams effectively
• Process Orientation: Strong understanding of campus hiring workflows and placement operations
• Result-Driven Approach: Proven ability to close hiring mandates and drive measurable placement outcomes
