Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on HRMS administration, process excellence, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires hands-on expertise in Darwinbox HRMS to ensure seamless HR service delivery, data integrity, and continuous process improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1) HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee attendance and leave administration in coordination with all concerned stakeholders, including Reporting Managers/Head HR.

2) HRMS (Darwinbox) Management

  • Act as the primary owner and administrator of the Darwinbox HRMS.
  • Configure and manage modules such as Core HR, Attendance, Leave, and Employee Self-Service.
  • Drive system adoption, enhancements, and process automation using Darwinbox.
  • Manage HRMS data integrity, audits, reports, and dashboards.
  • Liaise with Darwinbox support teams for issue resolution and upgrades.

3) Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
  • Manage audits, statutory filings, and documentation.
  • Update HR policies and SOPs in line with legal and organizational changes.

4) Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Partner with Unit/Location HR Business Partners, IT, Accounts, and business leaders for operational alignment.
  • Lead and mentor Unit/Location HR operations team members.
  • Act as a point of escalation for HR operations queries and issues.

5) Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Prepare and present HR operational metrics, MIS, and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Darwinbox Certified Professional (mandatory)
  • 8–10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Strong hands-on experience with HRMS implementation and administration
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operational processes
