CDL FINESHINE is a fast-growing, Surat-based B2B jewellery manufacturing & export company working primarily on customised orders. We are building a corporate, process-driven organization and are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently handle screening, interviewing, and closing of most mid–senior roles, while ensuring high hiring quality and timeline discipline.

Role Purpose

This role exists to own end-to-end hiring execution and screening quality for key managerial, specialist, and team-building roles. The focus is on deep screening, interview ownership, leadership hiring support, and reducing wrong hires in a high-responsibility, fast-scaling environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Hiring Execution

· Own complete hiring lifecycle for:

o Sales Managers & Sales Team

o Department Managers & Team Leads

o Operations, Production, and Support Roles

o Creative & Specialist Roles

· Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer closure, and joining coordination

Smart Screening & Interview Ownership

· Conduct deep screening interviews to assess:

o Thinking ability and problem-solving

o Ownership and accountability mindset

o Execution capability under pressure

o Cultural and environment fit

· Independently shortlist and reject non-fit candidates early

· Handle most interviews independently and escalate only shortlisted, high-quality candidates to leadership

Leadership & Specialist Hiring Support

· Support hiring of leadership and critical roles through:

o Direct headhunting and outreach

o Confidential hiring support

o First and second round leadership screening

· Represent the company professionally during senior-level candidate conversations

Timeline & Quality Ownership

· Commit to hiring timelines and own time-to-hire performance

· Proactively manage delays, pipeline risks, and candidate drop-offs

· Balance speed with hiring quality, avoiding desperation hiring

Hiring Systems & Coordination

· Maintain structured hiring pipelines and interview documentation

· Guide junior recruiters / HR executives on sourcing and coordination

· Track hiring metrics: time-to-hire, closure ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and early attrition

Required ProfileEducation

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field

· MBA / Post-Graduate qualification preferred but not mandatory

Experience & Skills

· 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Strategic Recruitment

· Proven experience hiring managerial, specialist, and mid-senior roles

· Hands-on expertise in screening, interviewing, and independent role closures

· Strong interviewing, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
