Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join our Strategy team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT, coupled with experience in strategy/pre-sales (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Workshops: Lead client requirement gathering workshops to understand and document their IAM needs
• Program Development: Develop IAM program objectives, vision and mission statements, conduct current state assessments, perform gap analyses, and create roadmaps and estimations for IAM programs
• Business Case and Governance: Formulate IAM business cases, establish program governance frameworks, and develop target operating models
• Pursuit Opportunities: Assist in pursuit opportunities for IAM strategy engagements, including the preparation of proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and resource and cost estimations
