Strong communication skills – able tounderstand and explain highly technical information in a clear andconcise manner.
Willing travel to customer sitesand other Qualcomm office locations to co-develop next generationsmartphones.
Working Experience in any Multimediatechnologies like camera/video framework isMUST.
Good tohave:
Hands on experiencein Camera driver development.
Knowledgeof camera sensor bring up, 3A algorithms, tuningexperience.
Familiar with Imagequality
Unit Test framework experience likeCPPTest,GoogleTest.
MinimumQualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems,Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of SoftwareEngineering or related work experience. ORMaster’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems,Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of SoftwareEngineering or related work experience. ORPhDin Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or relatedfield.
• 2+ years of academic or work experiencewith Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python,etc.
Skillset:
Programmingin C/C++, good debugging skills and operating systemfundamentals.
Good communication skills, mostimportant is logicalability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s(BE/BTech) or Master’s (MS/MTech) degree in camera/videoframework with 3+ years of experience.
Knowledgeof Android Camera & Imageprocessing.
Profound understanding ofSystem-on-Chip (SoC) architecture, Camera pipeline,memory subsystem architecture.
Expertise inprogramming languages (C/C++)
Strong debuggingand analysis skills, including data and statistical analysis, andproficiency in performance &Power
