Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Executive – Finance & Accounts to support day-to-day finance operations, revenue accounting, compliance, and reporting.
This role will work closely with the Senior Manager – Finance and play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, timely reconciliations, and statutory compliance as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance
- Bank reconciliations
- Vendor invoice processing and payment tracking
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Maintenance of financial records and documentation
2. Digital Revenue & Royalty Support
- Assisting in reconciliation of revenues from digital platforms
- Tracking receivables and follow-ups
- Supporting royalty calculations and artist payouts
- Identifying discrepancies and escalating to reporting manager
3. Compliance Support
- Preparation and support for GST, TDS filings
- Assisting with statutory documentation
- Coordination with auditors and consultants
- Maintaining compliance calendars and filing records
4. MIS & Reporting
- Assisting in preparation of monthly MIS reports
- Data compilation for management reporting
- Supporting budget tracking and expense analysis
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
- B.Com with strong accounting foundation or Semi-qualified CA
- Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software and Excel
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
