Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Data Strategy
Worked as a Data Conversion Consultant in Workday implementation projects
Define scope, data conversion strategy, and data cutover planning
Prepare effort estimations, resource planning & allocation frameworks
Data Conversion & Management
Manage data conversion across modules for:
Implementation
BAU support
Regular mass loads
Year-end activities
Expertise in using:
EIB
Worksheets
Org Charts
Advanced Loader
Issue Resolution & Validation
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
Conduct data validation checks ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards
Debug and provide solutions for data upload and correction issues
Support & Auditing
Provide data-related support to Workday users
Assist in data audits to identify inconsistencies and corrective actions
Maintain detailed documentation of project design, processes, and best practices
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams
Identify and implement process improvements in data management workflows
