Job Description:

We are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Executive who can drive fast, efficient hiring while maintaining quality.

The ability to quickly source, close, and onboard candidates is critical. This role requires someone resourceful, proactive, and comfortable using creative sourcing strategies when conventional methods are not delivering results.

This is a high-activity role. The candidate must be comfortable spending a significant portion of the day making outbound calls, following up persistently, and driving candidates through the hiring funnel.

In addition to recruitment, this role will also support key administrative and coordination responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Creative Sourcing

  • Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and direct headhunting
  • Use creative sourcing approaches including cold calling, networking groups, talent mapping, and alternate platforms
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for priority and recurring roles

High-Volume Calling & Follow-Up

  • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls daily to screen and engage candidates
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to move candidates quickly through stages
  • Ensure minimal drop-offs between screening, interviews, and offer

Speed & Closure

  • Drive quick turnaround from role assignment to offer closure
  • Coordinate interviews efficiently and remove process bottlenecks
  • Ensure seamless and timely onboarding once an offer is accepted

Screening & Evaluation

  • Screen resumes for skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to hiring managers

Reporting & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases
  • Provide regular recruitment status reports
  • Track and manage time clock and attendance records
  • Ensure documentation and employee data are updated in real time

Administrative & Office Coordination Support

  • Coordinate with vendors for office-related requirements, including computer systems and IT support
  • Support internal administrative processes as needed
  • Assist HR with onboarding documentation and related coordination
  • Handle additional operational tasks as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
