Key Requirements:
1. Recruitment & Workforce Management: Expertise in hiring, onboarding, contract labor
management, and workforce allocation.
2. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (IR): Experience in handling grievances,
dispute resolution, and trade union negotiations.
3. Training & Development: Ability to conduct safety training, compliance workshops, and
employee skill development programs
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
5. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle crisis situations, labor disputes, and HR
operational challenges effectively.
Educational Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Industrial Relations, or a related field.
