Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for BPO and IT rolesHandling volume and lateral hiring requirementsClient coordination and candidate managementScreening, interviewing, and shortlisting qualified profiles.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment consultancy (preferred).
Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
