We are seeking a seasoned Process Excellence/Digital Transformations Manager with deep domain expertise across R2R(Record to Report) / HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and the broader HR Shared Services ecosystem. This role will drive transformation by defining, designing, and implementing scalable HR processes leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and emerging AI / Agentic AI–driven solutions.
Exposure in– Process Excellence / Digital Transformations, Process Improvement-Black Belt Certified (R2R). Process Improvement with black belt certified, Transition Management, Stakeholder, IT Automation.

R2R Transformation Lead (Designation Senior Manager):
Is expected to drive transformation/process improvements on team size of 80 team member R2R process. To fit into this role, the candidate should have a prior experience of driving transformation in R2R space with an outcome 10-15 FTE reduction, metrics improvement, exposure to automation tools (not coding) like UI Path, Robocop et., beyond excel macros. Should understand the transformation/automation steps involved (identify opportunity, perform cost benefit analysis, provide business requirement, governance of development, UAT, go-live, implementation etc.,). Prior transformation experience in month end reduction, FTE reduction, automation of Intercompany/BRS/month end accruals/Balance sheet reconciliation is mandatory.

- Process Excellence Lead Defines, designs and implements process improvement as part of the Process One Approach framework
- Defines, designs and implements processes for new workflows that needs to be setup because of new business or change in scope of business.
- Leads a team of Process Excellence Specialists in the region. Ensure integration and alignment vertically and horizontally across organization. Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies and organizational priorities.
- Facilitates and coach improvement teams.
- Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success.
- Installs process excellence support for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards.
- Applies Six Sigma methodologies in order to boost process compliance as per Risk and Compliance guidelines in order to enhance the compliance strategy.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma and change management methodologies and have appropriate levels of certification for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Design & Continuous Improvement
- Lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Define, design, and implement new HR workflows arising from business expansion, org changes, new service lines, or policy updates
- Drive structured problem‑solving using DMAIC, Kaizen, and automation opportunities relevant to HR operations
- Establish and maintain HR‑specific performance metrics across speed, accuracy, compliance, cost, and service quality
- Drive ideation campaigns, idea prioritization and implementation in collaboration with operations and cross functional teams
- HR Domain Expertise
- Own process excellence initiatives across HR transactional processes (employee life‑cycle, HR service desk, onboarding, offboarding).
- Lead transformation projects in Payroll, Benefits Administration, HR records, Time & Attendance, and Case Management.
- Partner with HR Operations and COEs to identify improvement opportunities aligned to people strategy and HRSS delivery goals.
- Technology & AI-led Innovation
- Evaluate and implement HR technologies including HCM platforms, workflow tools, ticketing systems, RPA, and digital assistants.
- Champion adoption of AI and Agentic AI solutions to streamline HR processes—e.g., conversational HR chatbots, self‑service automation, document intelligence, and predictive insights.
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI capabilities responsibly and compliantly.
- Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR processes meet compliance, audit, and data privacy requirements, support enterprise risk frameworks
- Analyze internal risk & compliance metrics and drive awareness across the HRSS team
- Support program governance through standardized documentation, training, certifications, and reviews
- Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Lead a regional team of Process Excellence Specialists and ensure horizontal/vertical alignment across HRSS and business units
- Facilitate reviews with HR leadership to report progress, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Train and mentor HR teams in Lean, continuous improvement, and automation concepts
- Act as a change leader fostering continuous improvement culture
